Shipping & Delivery
We deliver all our electric bicycles Australia-wide via couriers. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days where stock is available. Once your order is dispatched the courier service may take 3-10 business days for delivery, regional and some remote areas require additional delivery time. Perth Customers, please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.
PowerBikes are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available in stock or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, or a backorder.
Please note that PowerBikes is not responsible for any damage inflicted to the products by couriers and that our warranty does not cover damage or loss during transportation.
Repairs not under warranty can be performed by any good local bicycle shop.
All orders can be made online via our website. You will receive an email with details of your order.
